Shipping costs and delivery countries

We ship physical products with DHL. Shipping costs are charged once per order, regardless of the number of items. You choose the shipping method in your basket.

Delivery restrictions

• We only deliver to the countries listed above. Delivery to other countries is not currently possible.
• Switzerland is not part of the EU: customs duties, import VAT and clearance fees may be charged on import. These are collected by the delivery service and must be paid by the recipient.
• Each order is shipped to one delivery address. The delivery address may differ from the billing address.

Delivery time

We ship within 1 working day. Within Germany, your order will therefore usually reach you within 2–4 working days; for other countries, add the transit time shown above.

• PayPal: The delivery time starts on the day after your order.
• Online payment via Stripe: The delivery time starts on the day after your order; for SEPA Direct Debit, on the day after Stripe confirms the payment.
• Bank transfer (payment in advance): The delivery time starts on the day after we receive your payment.
• If the last day of the delivery time falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday at the place of delivery, it ends on the next working day.

Digital training plans

Training plans are digital content – there’s no shipping and no shipping costs. Once we’ve received your payment, you’ll get an access link by email and find the plan in the Aspect App. With PayPal and online payment via Stripe (e.g. card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) this is usually immediate; with SEPA Direct Debit, once the payment has been confirmed (a few working days); with bank transfer, once we’ve received the amount.

With a free Aspect account, you can also transfer the plan as structured workouts to your watch, your bike computer or Zwift via your free Intervals.icu account (including Garmin, Wahoo, Suunto and COROS). You do this directly in the plan view of the Aspect App (here’s how); Intervals.icu is an external service with its own privacy policy (opens an external site).

Payment methods

• PayPal: You’ll be redirected to PayPal to pay. The amount is charged when you complete your order.
• Online payment via Stripe (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay & more): You’ll be redirected to the secure payment page of our payment service provider Stripe. The amount is charged immediately when you complete your order. We ship your order or activate your access once Stripe has confirmed the payment – for SEPA Direct Debit, this takes a few working days.
• Bank transfer (payment in advance): After placing your order, you’ll receive our bank details and the prepayment invoice by email. Please transfer the amount within 14 days – after that, an unpaid order is cancelled automatically.
• Invoice / monthly invoice: only for athletes currently in 1:1 coaching.

Prices

All prices are final prices in euros. No VAT is charged under the small business scheme (Section 19 of the German VAT Act, UStG), so none is shown. For physical products, the shipping costs listed above are added.

Withdrawal and legal guarantee

For physical products, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal – you can declare your withdrawal easily online via “Withdraw from contract here”. You’ll find all the details in our withdrawal policy. The legal guarantee of conformity applies. For digital training plans, the right of withdrawal expires when provision begins, provided you expressly agreed to this when ordering.
