Withdrawal Policy

1. Right of withdrawal
1.1 Coaching subscription
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
If you have expressly requested that the provision of the coaching service begin during the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal remains in place. In the event of withdrawal, however, a reasonable amount must be paid on a pro rata basis for the services already provided up to the declaration of withdrawal (Section 357(8) of the German Civil Code (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch – BGB)).
1.2 Portal and tool subscription
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
If, at your request, portal access is activated during the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal remains in place. In the event of withdrawal, a pro rata amount must be paid for the access period already used in proportion to the total term (Section 357(8) BGB).
1.3 Passes and one-off purchase access (digital content)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely as soon as performance of the contract has begun – i.e. upon activation of access or upon download – provided that, when making the purchase, you expressly consented to performance of the contract beginning before the end of the withdrawal period and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that your right of withdrawal will thereby expire (Section 356(5) BGB).
1.4 Physical products (online shop)
For contracts for the delivery of physical products, the withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquired physical possession of the goods.

The communication must contain an unequivocal statement of your decision to withdraw (e.g. by email or letter). You may use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. Effects of withdrawal
2.1 Reimbursement
In the event of an effective withdrawal, all payments received will be reimbursed without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which the notice of withdrawal was received. The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as was used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the reimbursement.
2.2 Pro rata remuneration
For coaching subscriptions and portal subscriptions whose performance was begun at the customer's request before the end of the withdrawal period, a pro rata amount must be paid which corresponds to the proportion of the service provided up to the withdrawal in relation to the total scope of the contract (Section 357(8) BGB).
2.3 Physical products
For physical products, reimbursement may be withheld until the goods have been received back or until proof has been provided that the goods have been sent back. You will bear the costs of returning the goods.
3. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely exclusively in the following cases:
- Passes and digital one-off purchase access: The right of withdrawal expires upon activation of access or upon download, provided that the express consent and acknowledgement in accordance with section 1.3 were given when the purchase was made (Section 356(5) BGB).
- Fully performed services: The right of withdrawal expires when the service has been fully performed and express consent was given in advance that the right of withdrawal expires upon full performance of the contract.
